Nuestra estadía en Casa La Selva fue muy buena, la casa es hermosa y muy limpia. La cocina está muy bien equipada y el entorno es privado y tranquilo. El anfitrión contesta rápido y siempre está disponible. Definitivamente es un lugar que tendremos en cuenta para nuestras próximas visitas a Iguanas.

I'm coming back asap! we found a piece of heaven in all aspects. The community is super tranquil, safe and easy to get around, we rented bikes and we felt like kids biking everywhere, our kids also loved it and we felt secure to allow them to bike freely. The house was extremely clean, like very very clean which I know it's hard to achieve, very well stocked, ac's worked great, etc. Surf was 5 stars every day and the walk to the beach took seconds...both Colorado's break and Panga's drop are a short walk away as the house is located in the second row from the beach. The manager was also very responsive and always wiling to help us book activities. We're coming back as soon we can!

Hacienda Iguana is a very beautiful landscape in Nicaragua. La Casa Selva is just a beauty, 1minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches... Our stay was really amazing, perfect waves and the house was just a dream!

Great place within a couple of meters from the beach. In fact we could hear the waves crashing all the time... so relaxing! Place was immaculate and hosts were very quickly to respond to my messages. Best value!

The house was amazing and very relaxing. Air conditioning throughout was a great touch to help cool off indoors. The pool was amazing and very clean. In fact the whole property was well kept! We even had a little visitor show up during our stay that hung out with on the patio. We fed the cat with food we found at the house. We would definitely recommend this property to visit and the management of it was amazing to work with. They made our vacation a lot nicer.

Overall, our stay at La Casa Selva was great. La Casa Selva is located right in between two great surf breaks; Panga Drops and Playa Colorados and has its own pool. In this gated community, your days will revolve around the surf, the pool, and cooking. That is just how it goes. In terms of the actual house, we thought it was great. Really well lit, great AC units all over the place, and well incredibly well staffed. Some members in our group thought that the mix of the gardener, maid, security, water, and gas people (all different individuals) was pretty odd and overbearing, I thought that it was fine. The only thing that I really was not a fan of was the water and gas situation. During our 7 night stay, the gas and water shut off 5 or more times. Sometimes it would take 30 minutes to get them back on, other times it would take multiple hours. Pretty annoying when you have 8 people that are looking to cook, clean, shower, use the bathroom, etc.

Churrasqueira a carvao disponível. Alguns minutos de caminhada até as ondas de Colorado e Panga Drops. Lugar super tranquilo, bem localizado, comunicação excelente com o proprietário.
