## The Space This two-bedroom, two-bathroom casita is conveniently located near the Colorados and Panga Drops surf breaks. It features: - A full kitchen - A spacious living room - Great terraces - Fast fiber optic internet - A surfboard-carrying bike-buggy for easy beach commutes Guests are welcome to use the pool, and the main house is usually unoccupied, allowing guests to enjoy the space mostly to themselves. Occasionally, the hosts may be present on weekends or during school holidays. ## Guest Access Bookings are based on double occupancy per bedroom, meaning: 1. For 1–2 guests, access is granted to one bedroom. 2. For 3–4 guests, access is granted to both bedrooms. If you are two guests and would like your own bedroom, please book for three guests, which is the minimum for two bedrooms. At the time of booking, let us know your preferred bedroom; the unused bedroom will remain locked. ## Bedroom Details The casita includes: - Two full bedrooms with excellent air conditioning - One bedroom with a queen bed - One bedroom with two twin beds - Each bedroom has its own bathroom with abundant hot water ## Electricity Use The home is equipped with a high-capacity solar-battery hybrid system, but this does not mean unlimited energy use. Electricity in Nicaragua can be expensive and inconsistent, especially on cloudy or stormy days. To conserve energy: - Always close doors and windows in areas with air conditioning running. - Turn off air conditioning in unoccupied rooms. - Turn off all air conditioning when leaving the property. - Limit air conditioning use during the day; natural ventilation is usually sufficient and more comfortable. ## Other Things to Note The property has double power redundancy, featuring both a full hybrid battery-solar system and a backup gas generator. Gas water heating ensures that guests will not lose power or hot water, which is a common issue in many homes in Iguana.
