Everything about this house was amazing. The location, the view, the house itself. James was very responsive and helpful when we had questions.

If you’re looking for a 5 star, beachfront, relaxing, show-up-and-it’s-ready, kind of (surf) vacation… look no further! Whether you’re looking to enjoy the pool and ocean views from a stunning house, or walk out the back porch to enter an incredible surf break, this house has it all! The house sits right in front of the surf break Colorados, so you can just grab your board and walk in, or if you prefer watching, you have the perfect view. The house was exactly as the photos - big, clean, beautiful, but still felt warm and homey. The staff working there were lovely and went above and beyond to keep the place immaculate. James was an incredible host. He gave wonderful suggestions about the area, was always helpful, and was extremely responsive. We are still in contact and I am already planning for a return trip as soon as possible! Seriously, don’t pass on the opportunity to stay here - it will be the highlight of your stay in Nicaragua! Thanks for everything and see you soon James! 😊🤙

James was absolutely phenomenal in corresponding, answering questions and setting up transport for us from and return to airport. Can’t recommend the house and James enough!

All was great - we’ve been to Playa Colorado several times before but we’ve never stayed at this particular house - it was excellent.

This was our 4th year in a row and it is always amazing. Location is perfect with waves out front and able to watch from the pool, Martha or Cecilia are both excellent at cooking and surprised us at every meal with delicious home cooked meals. The pool and house was cleaned daily. It’s the most relaxing trip every time. James is easy to coordinate with and has always done regular check in’s…. We again can’t wait to come back. Thank you James and the rest of the team for making our vacation a really relaxing vacation. Emily and family
