A True Rancho Santana Beach House...
Most of the Rancho Santana homes are up in the hills and along the cliffs, affording them truly awesome views. Villa Rosada is in the minority of true beach homes in that it is located right down at sea level, just 50 yards from the ocean. In total the home has three air-conditioned, ensuite bedrooms. The master and second bedrooms have queen beds, while the third bedroom has a pair of single beds. There is an expansive east facing front terrace, which captures the afternoon breeze and is in the shade all day long. Included in the compliment of terrace furniture is a surf board rack with space for up to 10 boards. Directly in front of the terrace is a decent sized, private swimming pool. The perfect place to unwind after a day of shredding the local breaks!
