The project is now pretty much finished. All that's left are some minor tidying up jobs and for the pool to be tiled and filled. Plus a few recommendations which are beyond the scope of the contract.
The septic tanks are being connected. The steel frame for the swimming pool is being built. Most lights and fans have been installed and are functioning correctly.
The swimming pool and septic tank excavations have been dug, and general tidying up and finishing off of details with the carpentry. Most of the workers have now moved on.
All the window frames have been installed and the glazing was completed with zero breakages. The cabinets are all installed and are being painted.
Installation of prefabricated aluminium windows. Marble counter tops set on kitchen and bathroom cabinets.
Installation of kitchen cabinetry. Electrical fittings being installed. Air-conditioning units fixed in place, but not yet connected.
A small section of base coat painting remains to be done. The water pump has been installed. All bathroom tiling and shower units completed.
First coat of paint has been applied, floor tiling finished. Work has begun with the bathroom tiling. Mezzanine floor has been built into tower, and stairs completed.
Work continues with the covering of the roof. Floor tiling has started. Air conditioning equipment has been delivered.
The timber structure for the roof has been completed and work has begun with the covering.
All block work is finished. The pillars for the corridors are being prepared.
The main and guest house walls are all but finished. Work has started preparing timbers for the pillars and roof structure.
The lintels around the doors and windows are set and many of the main house walls are up to roof level. The guest house is progressing steadily.

Work has started on the guest house. The trenches are dug for the foundations, and the footings have started going down.
The walls are going up fast, the pad for the garage is being prepared, the foundations for the Southern end of the house are being done.
Quick progress is being made with the footings. First delivery of blocks has arrived.
