Hacienda Iguana to Gigante, Along the Beach
Keep and eye on the tides and set out about an hour before low. You should be able to get to Gigante and back easily. If the worst comes to the worst, you'll have to hide the bikes in the bushes, scramble over the rocks, then go fetch them after the next low tide.
Playa Amarillo - Well Worth a Look!
The next beach south from Playa Iguana is called Playa Amarillo, a pristine mile long sandy beach. Contained at its each end by rocky outcrops, and with not a single public access route the only way you'll ever see Playa Amarillo is if you walk or cycle there. There's not a single building along the entire length of the beach, and the only other life you are likely to come across are the odd cows grazing in the fringes of the jungle which comes right down to the sand. The round trip shouldn't take you more than an hour and a half. Don't forget to slap on plenty of sunscreen.
