Located on the rocky outcrop that forms the southern edge of Playa Rosada, Villa Palisades is perfectly positioned to enjoy superb ocean views both up and down the coast. And with its covered pool terrace being oriented in a south easterly direction, the home also benefits from the cooling relief of the Papagayo wind. Furthermore, the orientation of the pool terrace keeps it comfortably shaded through the hottest part of the afternoon allowing guests at Villa Palisades to enjoy freshness, comfort and tranquillity all day long.

Upon arriving at Villa Palisades, guest will be struck by the beautifully carpentered hard wood front door which opens into an atrium style lobby. Just off the lobby to the left there is a small ante room with a desk which could be used as a quiet office. Beyond the ante room are two comfortably appointed en-suite bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a pair of twin beds. The ample master suite with queen sized bed is located the other side of the lobby. Villa Palisades is tiled throughout with 50 x 50 imported Italian ceramic floor tiles. Likewise, the thoroughly well equipped designer kitchen is also an Italian import. The kitchen includes every modern convenience you are likely to need, including a dishwasher. The living room extends from the kitchen and is tastefully furnished with a locally made banana fibre three piece suite, and decorated with art bought at the handicrafts market in Masaya. The home is installed throughout with with high quality electrical entertainment equipment including large screen flat panel TV's, Satellite TV, fast WiFi internet, Music equipment and several iPod docking stations.
