But located right on the sand on one of the worlds most beautiful beaches (which also happens to have a decent surf break) this eclectically decorated beach home exudes personality right through from its hand painted front gate to the decaying magazines, rusty old fans and nick-nacks that adorn its rickety shelves.

Rancho Santana's Truest Beachfront Home
As one stands on Rancho Santana's pristine Playa Rosada beach and looks toward the verdant hill rising up behind you'll see a dessicated tree set in concrete, and beside that a flight of twenty or so steps leading up to a blue gate under a white arch. This is Villa Lupita - right on the pink sands of Playa Rosada. Whilst not having its own swimming pool, guests at Villa Lupita enjoy unhindered access to the decent sized pool at the Playa Rosada Club House located less than a minutes walk along the beach to the south.
Three Bedrooms, Three Bathrooms, Sleeps up to Eight
The slightly elevated setting of Villa Lupita's living quarters means that all of its three air conditioned bedrooms (bedrooms one & two each with with a queen bed and a single bed, bedroom three with a pair of single beds) and its extensive palapa roofed rancho enjoy dramatic ocean views. The communal areas are under the oversized rancho and include a well equipped kitchen, dining area and separate living area. The living area, in keeping with the rest of the home, is decorated with a curious blend of Nicaraguan memorabilia, drift wood and shells gathered from the beach. Although 'luxury' is not a word I would associate with Villa Lupita, it is certainly one of the most charming properties in the area.
