Perched high atop a densely forested hill this well proportioned casita faces the setting sun, the views of which are unsurpassed from its shaded front terrace. This fully furnished one bedroom home includes an amply sized living room and fully equipped, modern kitchen. Both the living room and the bedroom are air-conditioned. The living room has a 42" flat screen TV and DVD player as well as a queen sized sofa-bed. The single bathroom is accessible directly from both from the living room and the master bedroom. Using the sofa bed in the living room, this tidy little house comfortably sleeps up to four adults.
Spectacular Ocean Views Included...
Guests at this house may not be 'on the sand', but then if you are going to be in the area for more than a few weeks you're going to need a vehicle anyway. Likewise if you plan to surf more then one break. From this house you can see the Playa Santana break right from your front porch, and you can see as far as the Popoyo Outer Reef. To the south you are about a 15 to 20 minute trip to Panga Drops and Colorados respectively.
