Colorado Surf Condo
Nicaragua is blessed with an abundance of good waves - 330 days of offshore winds and almost year round sunny weather. The surf rarely drops below 2 feet and it can get up to 12 feet during the April through October surf season. Our ground floor condo has direct access to two of the best surf spots in Nicaragua, and an unobstructed view of one of them: Colorados.
Our condo is located within the Hacienda Iguana resort. Hacienda Iguana boasts an incredibly beautiful mile long white sand beach and faces in just the right direction to serve up beautiful sunsets every day. Hacienda Iguana offers a very unique and safe environment that you won’t find anywhere else in Central America.

The Accommodation
Our luxuriously furnished condo is located on the ground floor at the brand new Villa Rio Dulce Building located directly in front the Playa Colorado surf break. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a convertible sofa bed it has ample sleeping space for up to 6 people.
Playing Golf at Hacienda Iguana
Hacienda Iguana’s nine hole golf course is set in a lush green valley surrounded by mountains and only a short stroll from the Pacific Ocean. It’s a fun and challenging competition length 9-hole course with ladies, men’s and pro tees on all holes. The greens are immaculate and the course is challenging for any level of player. With its tiered greens and technically challenging layout it’s definitely worth a few rounds during your visit. Special discounts with our golf club membership apply for our renters. Feel free to bring your own clubs or rent a set from the pro-shop.
