Beautiful house in a probably the best location in all of hacienda iguana. staff is kind, helpful, and professional. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back again

Came down for the first time with a couple friends and my teenage son. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect. N365 made my nervousness go away immediately. Great crew, from the shuttle drivers to the girls at the house taking care of everything for us. We enjoyed a week of non stop surf, without a care in the world. Everyone we encountered was super friendly, and good vibes in and out of the water.

This place is absolutely amazing. Perfect location, right in front of the main peak at Colorados. Wake up, open the blinds check the surf and you're out there in seconds. David arranged catering for us and the food was outstanding and plentiful - highly recommend this option. House is clean, quiet, safe, and super comfortable. We cant' wait to return!

Great location at the best part of the best beach in Nicaragua. The house is comfortable and the pool well placed for surf views, shade and sun. Hacienda Iguana is safe and secure with everything you need... pure vacation.

This place was outstanding. The location is an easy walk to one of the best restaurants in Iguana. Everything inside the place was perfect for an extended stay and of course being right on the beach made it even more special. Will definitely stay there again if they will have me.

This place is turn key. Blew away all expectations upon arrival. The house is spotless with plenty of amenities at your fingertips. The host was great and answered every question I had almost immediately. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is ha big any doubt whether to book or not. Amazing stay.

Beautiful location on a great beach. Great outdoor spaces with good shaded areas so it never gets too hot. Hosts were very responsive and helpful and the chef/catering option was great. Andrea was very nice a very good chef. Overall great house and hosts!

My friends and I have stayed at this house for two years in a row and it does not disappoint. The location is great and the house is clean and well equipped but that is not what makes this a great place to stay.

I don’t even really know where to start. The house and area turned out to be amazing and we had one of our best vacations. We did the meal plan which I would highly recommend. Andrea is great and is a fabulous cook and cleans when not cooking. She is very nice and as all the staff.

We had a wonderful time staying with you for a week. The house exceeded all of our needs. The best part is that Colorados was a few hundred steps from the house. All of us look forward to coming back soon!

This place was amazing. Starting with location, you can't get any better. Perfectly situated between Colorados and panga drops.

“When my husband and I first walked into the house we were dumbfounded. We just couldn't believe how gorgeous it was. There is a great breeze that runs through the entirety of the house, so much so that at night my parents in the bedroom upstairs didn't even need the AC on! And talk about a lullabye... Being right on the beach you could easily fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing. James (though this was actually David I was talking to) was incredibly helpful and responsive before we even got to the place. He answered questions in rapid time and accommodated my parents rides to and from the airport. He even showed them parts of Granada and recommended produce at the market. They were ecstatic! The staff was AMAZING. Andrea cleaned for us every day and even washed clothes for us. She also brought in new 5 gal water jugs whenever we were low and arranged for the "lobster guy" to bring us some fish and lobster for purchase. (SO DELICIOUS!) Iain was also a great help. He helped arrange a trip to Ometepe for us (which we didn't end up doing on our own accord, but it's on the list for next year), as well as in-house massages, rides to and from Rancho Santana for dinner, and generally answered all questions we had incredibly fast. The place itself is GORGEOUS. The pool is beautifully tiled and has great shade in the afternoon. There is a round table with chairs beyond that where you can watch the sunset, and the place is within a 5 minute walking distance on the beach to the Beach & Golf Club bar and Pili's Restaurant (both of which I highly recommend). Plus, the hammocks are a major win and a great way to spend the afternoon with a good book. Though it's a bit of a hike, I would also recommend walking into the town of El Gigante to spend some time at the fishing village. It's about an hour walk with great views the entire way. This place was absolutely amazing and my parents and sister in particular (they hadn't been to Nicaragua before like my husband and I had) fell so in love with it they already started planning their next trip. Highly recommend!”

The house is exactly as advertised. The location is perfect, oceanfront on an amazing beach and we were regularly paddling out on the 2 surf breaks right out the door (beach break Colorados, and reef break Panga Drops).

Beautiful house, perfect location! Front seat to the most amazing sunsets, great surf and a very peaceful environment. We were well taken care of and everyone was very friendly, and helpful. The house comes with bikes, which is a fun extra. We loved our stay in Hacienda Iguana, it was our 3rd time, so yes, we love it!

When we walked into the house, unanimously, the first words out of our mouths were "Wow".

This is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. We were here for a surf trip and were blown away by the hospitality of the staff, the views are terrific, and the house is perfect. You have a perfect view of Colorados from the back yard and there is a fun right hander that breaks just out the back. Words can not describe how great this place and the people are. Also, make sure you sign up for the meal deal. It is totally worth every penny.

Upon arrival we were immediately impressed with the property. The pool and front yard set up was fantastic! The location and view of the beach and ocean was breath taking. We were a tad early and the staff went above and beyond to our expectations. There was a snack provided upon our arrival. One guest in our group wanted ceviche it was arranged for us to have that evening. One night we wanted to play poker, cards were made available through the staff in a few hours. The house was clean and the a/c worked great.
