All foundation trenches have been dug and much of the rebar structure for the spread footings and foundations are in place.

The walls are starting to go up for the main house. The foundation trenches are still being dug and almost complete. Service quarters block work almost complete.

Site preparation and early metal work
The project is now pretty much finished. All that's left are some minor tidying up jobs and for the pool to be tiled and filled. Plus a few recommendations which are beyond the scope of the contract.
The septic tanks are being connected. The steel frame for the swimming pool is being built. Most lights and fans have been installed and are functioning correctly.
The swimming pool and septic tank excavations have been dug, and general tidying up and finishing off of details with the carpentry. Most of the workers have now moved on.
All the window frames have been installed and the glazing was completed with zero breakages. The cabinets are all installed and are being painted.

The main and guest house walls are all but finished. Work has started preparing timbers for the pillars and roof structure.
The lintels around the doors and windows are set and many of the main house walls are up to roof level. The guest house is progressing steadily.
