Acrylic additive poured directly on slab prior to pouring walls. 3500psi (1:2:2) concrete with 2 gallons acrylic additive used in walls.
3/4" plyboard interior walls to assure uniformity; rough lumber for exterior walls where finish isn't important.
Rebar finished off and 3,500psi slab poured in a single 7am to midday session. Optimum weather conditions; dry by day and rain through at night. Inside the house work progresses repairing the ceiling edges.
Roof tiling underway. All corners have been rounded. Aluminum grid going up in downstairs area for ceiling.
All walls are up to full height. Steel roof structure started on west end of house. First delivery of 5,000 clay tiles arrived this afternoon. Big site clear-up operation has been happening over the last few days.
